Calvin J. Augustine

Calvin Augustine is an Australian-admitted immigration lawyer and Senior Migration Consultant at Australian Dream, Ltd. He advises individuals and corporations across the full range of Australian immigration matters — skilled and employer-sponsored visas, partner and family visas, and complex refusal and review work.

His practice is informed by two legal jurisdictions and by his own experience as a migrant. Originally from Malaysia, Calvin qualified to practise there after completing his LL.B (Hons) at the University of London, then relocated to Australia, where he was admitted in South Australia and has appeared before Victorian courts and tribunals at trial and appellate level.

He began his immigration work at a commercial litigation firm, building its immigration division as demand from international clients grew, and went on to practise with boutique and national immigration firms in Melbourne, developing deep expertise in Australian immigration law. He now advises clients pursuing Australian visas from abroad — including matters that other advisers had judged too difficult to resolve.
